Do you already happen to know if it’s going to be available on Linux?

Awww… no gameplay? I guess I’ll have to wait for some shaky-cam footage to come out of PAX. I love your stuff and I wanna see what the game actually looks like! :D

@payjack, @JumBoo: When we started making this game, we intended to create a proper sequel to BSE. However, during development the gameplay evolved into something that is quite different but, in my opinion, much more fun. If you’re worried that there won’t be enough engineering and player creativity, don’t worry – it’s still a Zachtronics game!

By engineering, are you suggesting that it will be still possible to design mechanisms and also use them during the card game part? That would indeed be awesome :)
The next awesome thing to do would be to implement some of your gameplay mechanisms into a proper MMO game, ie. to design the insides of a weapon But it’s just an idea.

Will the spirit of the gameplay be something similar to the boardgame Robo Rally?
